I started using the free version of this plugin a few days ago and i really like it. Had some issues with styling to match my website style but Aiden from support really helped out.
We mailed and he customized the whole style to my likings. Really great to see such good support! Even if you are using the free version.

Awesome Support
Grabbed the free version to protect a page for 36 hours and works perfectly! I need some assistance with the design of the form and Aiden went above and beyond, even writing a small line of CSS for me to enter to get it working perfectly! Will be using this form whenever we require password protecting a site. Works well with Divi.

I had several areas where I needed help getting PPWP implemented on a client site. I jumped on their chat and was surprised I had someone online able to help (I know sometimes it takes keying in the chat and them emailing an answer. The chat question had to do with formatting. Aiden helped immediately by showing me how to add CSS within Customization. The other issue I had was something I needed to address in my .htaccess file. This time, I did have to ask the question in the chat and I got a response via email with a link to show me what I needed to do. Even with that, I still didn’t get it to work. (I had put the changes to the .htaccess file in the wrong place within my .htaccess file). With the email response, I was able to realize what I had done wrong.
If you have read this far then you will see ABSOLUTELY NONE OF MY ISSUES were with the PPWP plugin. Even so, the PPWP team was responsive and timely with their help.

Great plugin and wonderful support
I just bought and installed the plugin but I couldn’t get it to work. I entered the chat available on the website and was promptly attended by Aiden, who was with me for more than 1 hour and resolved conflicts and answered many questions. Simply amazing!
